At Us Media every single person is involved in what we do best: creating high end digital products. We don't believe in management layers or office politics. As a result, members of our crew are organized and take responsibility. The number of meetings is kept to a minimum.
Working at Us Media means being part of a multidisciplinary team of digital fanatics. We develop our projects in close cooperation with our clients and partners following an Agile inspired approach. Our entire office is especially designed around this principle.
All of our development is done in-house, so we can preserve and share knowledge as good as possible.
We encourage people to develop themselves over a wide range of disciplines and to stay up to date with new developments in our area of work. We permanently reserve time for our people to work on - and investigate innovations in small teams.
We work hard, but we know how to have a good time as well. Every month we hook up in local bars, daily yummy lunches are prepared by dk23.nl catering and we guard our open, relaxed yet professional office atmosphere. We are located in an area of Amsterdam where a lot of things are happening, attracting an increasing amount of creative individuals and companies.

Web Developer40/32 hrs
Us Media is looking for a web developer with a broad field of expertise and some years of experience. You will be developing many different creative digital assets for a diverse palette of clients. You will do this in a multidisciplinary team of digital fanatics.
Please get in touch if this sounds like you:
- You have several years of experience in producing dynamic web applications or you are extremely talented
- You will need expertise in as many of the following as possible: PHP, Java, Phone app development, Social Media API's
- We consider it a major plus if you have basic (or advanced) knowledge of Javascript, CSS(3) and/or HTML(5)
- You enjoy being multi talented and getting the opportunity to show your work in all fields of digital production
- We are looking for an open minded and fun individual willing to learn from colleagues but also share knowledge while exploring new digital territory
- When we ask you to look into something outside your comfort zone you dig in, enjoy the challenge, appreciate the possibility to learn and simply get things done
- You have a realistic sense of how much work is involved after pro actively asking and answering the right questions and know how to plan your work
Frontend Web Developer40/32 hrs
Us Media is looking for a frontend developer with a broad field of expertise and some years of experience. You will be developing many different creative digital assets for a diverse palette of clients. You will do this in a multidisciplinary team of digital fanatics.
Please get in touch if this sounds like you:
- You have the skills to produce a fluent, crossbrowser and crossplatform frontend experience using CSS(3), HTML(5) and Javascript
- You know how to work with- and tweak existing frameworks like JQuery but you are not depending on them
- Experience or extensive knowledge in developing an interface for a wide spectrum of mobile devices is a big plus
- We consider it a major plus if you have basic (or advanced) knowledge of PHP or generally have knowledge of what happens on the server side of things
- We are looking for an open minded and fun individual willing to learn from colleagues but also share knowledge while exploring new digital territory
- When we ask you to look into something outside your comfort zone you dig in, enjoy the challenge, appreciate the possibility to learn and simply get things done
