One or two working sessions in which we gather ambitions, bottlenecks and constraints. You receive a short report with a shared objective – with no obligation afterwards.
discovery & harness setup
We set up the environment in which you develop independently with ai tooling: cloud, pipelines, agents, evals and monitoring. At the end there's a working harness and your team knows the approach.
engineering guidance
The ongoing collaboration: you build, us. safeguards the backbone – reviews, architecture, security and incident response. Evaluation every three months.
