As a technology partner, us. has been supporting Amnesty International in its fight for human rights for many years. The partnership started in 2016 with the development of a new online platform and has since guaranteed an always up-to-date website with ever new campaigns.

Shortly after the start, the client-supplier relationship grew into a fruitful partnership. With the knowledge and expertise from both organisations, we co-created new online campaigning methods and kept extending the platform.

us. developed a versatile online platform with a range of lead generation tools, plus various ways to turn every lead into a member. The large amount of information has been made more accessible on all devices, and Amnesty can run campaigns independently, efficiently and effectively.

For each campaign, Amnesty picks the format that best suits the goal or momentum. With the scalable system, campaigns and petitions can be linked directly to flexible forms to keep conversion as high as possible.

Together we launched successful campaigns and online tools in recent years – including in the fight for a new rape law (the map tool, the YES wall, Let's talk about Yes) and by drawing attention to human rights in specific countries.

The online platform is stable, clear and strongly focused on conversion. It's never 'finished': year after year it forms a solid foundation for further expansion. Since the start of the partnership, amnesty.nl has grown every year in line with Amnesty's key objectives.

Conversion figures – number of members, donations – have improved significantly compared to the old website. Together we continuously work on optimisation, always translating Amnesty's objectives and wishes into practical solutions.
