Liliane Fonds is committed to a world in which everyone can participate – including children with disabilities who grow up in extreme poverty. The foundation informs a wide audience and raises funds from private individuals, companies and institutional investors.
To respond better to current events and run effective online campaigns, Liliane Fonds chose us. as its long-term online partner. The first assignment: design and develop a new website that makes the fund future-proof.
plenty of freedom, but stability too
Liliane Fonds was clear about what 'future-proof' means. Anyone visiting the website should easily find what they are looking for – and with so many different audiences, that calls for a robust infrastructure and a solution that is flexible and accessible.
The fund wants to offer content for diverse goals: reach and brand awareness, conversion, and retention of existing donors and relationships. It also wanted to experiment with varied forms of online communication and fundraising. Plenty of freedom, but certainly stability too.

us. started at the base: the fundraising platform by us. This future-proof cloud infrastructure gives complete freedom in compiling and designing landing pages and content pages. Campaigns and donation drives are set up quickly and connected directly to common payment methods and the online crm.
With the new website and a separate api for managing the data flows, Liliane Fonds no longer depends on a web agency for its everyday tasks. There is plenty of room to experiment with creative online fundraising methods, and the updated crm connection leaves future innovations and choices open.
a true baptism of fire
The new website got a true baptism of fire right away: the launch fell just before the annual Tijd voor MAX broadcast, which was entirely devoted to Liliane Fonds. During the broadcast, the site had to handle an extreme amount of traffic and online donations – the robust cloud architecture coped with the enormous attention without any problems.
The project ran fully remotely, in the middle of the pandemic. That did not detract from the quality of the partnership: Liliane Fonds and us. truly built the website together.
