Since 2014, us. has been working closely with Plan International Nederland (then Plan Nederland) to realise the online ambitions and objectives of this development organisation. As a sparring partner, we support Plan in processing and prioritising feedback and data.
Together we make sure plannederland.nl is continuously developed and optimised. Our developers work side by side with Plan's fundraisers and online marketers.
digital transformation with the platform as the foundation
Plan was looking for a digital partner for a transformation built on a central online platform. With that platform, Plan wants to independently publish high-quality content, run campaigns, set up landing pages and raise funds.
On top of that, crises can't be planned. When a natural disaster strikes, a campaign needs to be up in no time, including new secure donation forms. That demands flexibility and short lines.
a platform that grows with Plan
The platform got a more modern look and a lot more speed, serving the rapidly growing number of smartphone visitors much better. us. also supported Plan with a cloud migration to AWS and the design of the accompanying cloud architecture – with zero downtime.
After delivery we developed various extensions and updates, such as a successful online shop, and modernised parts of the platform based on feedback and data. For the transition to Plan International Nederland in 2018 the look and feel was thoroughly overhauled; in 2020 the link with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the cloud followed.
The foundation is the fundraising platform of us.: fully flexible in composing landing pages, content pages and donation forms, directly linked to common payment methods and the crm. Every year we support Plan with important fundraising campaigns, such as the Christmas card campaign – and all online objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
