You will regularly see us. at charity events, for example the Night of the Refugee (Stichting Vluchteling), Write for Rights (Amnesty), and Hartekind Benefit Gala.

As a mission-driven company, we want to do as much good as possible; for the world, for our customers, our own people, and all online users. To make this impact concrete, we annually publish our impact report, in which we report on the KPIs within our strategic goals. We will publish the first impact report in 2026.

KPI: customer satisfaction
Although customer satisfaction goes beyond a single grade, it helps to assign a number to it. We measure our customer satisfaction through a Customer Satisfaction Survey. We regularly meet with all our customers to evaluate the collaboration and implement improvements where possible.
KPI: customer engagement
Helping others improve the world is great, but as a team, we also like to contribute in a small way. We are happy to get involved for and with our customers. You will therefore regularly see us. at charity events such as Nacht van de Vluchteling, Write for Rights (Amnesty), and Hartekind benefit gala. We would like to expand this in the future.

KPI: employee satisfaction
Every quarter, we ask our employees about their satisfaction and well-being at us. We use the employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and the Binqy platform to collect responses and offer employees the opportunity to ask for support.
KPI: diversity
We are proud that at us. half of the employees are women, in an industry where a distribution of 30% women and 70% men is common. However, there is still plenty of work to be done in terms of ethnicity and age.

KPI: Accessibility Compliance
100% online accessibility is the highest good for us. Everyone - with or without a disability - should be able to effortlessly use what we create. We encourage our customers to invest in WCAG compliance and contribute ourselves.
for the environment
At the office, we recycle more actively, and we also help colleagues at home to be more conscious about waste. Most colleagues already commute by public transport or bicycle. We also tightened our purchasing policy and drew up guidelines. Where possible, we consciously choose local, small entrepreneurs. We are still working on determining which KPIs best suit our ambitions on this theme.
